It’s fun and easy. People are nice and we build things we can’t justify. Such as this meatball cradle, this shredder and this shy security camera (and this touch controlled blender).
Who can/should come?
Anyone who likes to play and make things come to life. Maybe you're a programmer, web designer, carpenter or a chef.
Should I come as a team or myself?
Up to you. Some teams form on location and some have prepared their ideas for weeks.
What's is the schedule?
We meet at 11.00 for preparation, the hackathon starts at noon with some opening words. Then it's free play time until 19:00 in the evening when presentations starts. Pizza arrives around 6pm, sponsored by ICAx. Snacks will be available though-out the day.
Can I come only for the end
Sure, can join for the evening and listen to the bad project pitches and then hang out in the bar.
Are there any prizes?!?
Yes, there will be a prize. Our sponsor will hand out something to what they subjectively find being the worst idea but maybe with the best execution.
What should I bring?
Anything you need to build your project. Soldering iron, computer, clown costume. That kind of stuff.
